Thank you for your order! Please note that if your order is being shipped outside of USA/Canada additional customs, duties and taxes may be imposed by your country. These additional fees are the responsibility of you the purchaser. Noel Asmar Group Inc. is not responsible for any customs, duties, taxes or additional fees for orders shipping outside of the United States except for Canadian orders.

We will gladly make price adjustments on items that are purchased at the full retail price within seven days from the date on your invoice. Items purchased on sale or with a promotional discount are not eligible for further price adjustment and are deemed final sale.

Please note that orders must be received by 10am PST Monday to Friday in order to be shipped the same day… please do not count weekends – thank you! 

Your satisfaction is important to us, if for some reason you are unhappy with your purchase(s), please return item(s) in unused condition with all original packaging and tags within 30 days of purchase with required RMA# for a refund or exchange.  Please note no refunds on sale or logoed items.  Please call 1-800-772-1408 for further assistance 8am – 5pm PST zone - Thank you!
